This mod adds in harry hill as a colonist and if you want the full experience delete all the other colonists.
No animations because I couldn't make them but harry hill usually floats around anyway

you put these in the appropriate files:
kubifaktorium-win > DemoWindows64 > Windows64_Data >StreamingAssets > ObjectType > actors > SettlerFemale/SettlerMale
